Ishaamart.com will comfortably accept returns due to your change of mind if we are notified within 24 hours. In this case, the condition shall be that the product must be in unused and resalable condition (with hang tags and waste tags). Under the same conditions, you can exchange the product.
In terms of return charges, Ishaamart.com is bound to bear the product return due to any fault on our part. And Ishaamart.com is not obligated to bear the full shipping charges if the product is returned in a defect-free condition. A refund will be issued to the customer within 10 working days if the returned product is found to be completely undamaged upon receipt. In no way are sensitive products such as boxers, masks or any other sensitive items considered as return products.
